📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At APRICOT, we’re here to help you feel as good as you look – and we understand that finding the perfect fit can take a little trial and error.
So we do offer returns and exchanges, however, this comes with conditions as we hold hygiene to the highest standard – for your protection and ours.

❌ UNDERWEAR = FINAL SALE

Due to hygiene regulations and industry best practices, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear (briefs or bottoms) under any circumstance.
We kindly ask that you double-check your order before purchasing.

✅ BRAS: RETURNABLE WITH CONDITIONS

We accept returns on bras under the following conditions:

• Bras must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached and the bra must be in its original packaging
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund (minus any original shipping fees).

🔁 EXCHANGES

We offer a ONE-time exchange. You may choose a different size or style, and we’ll either refund or charge you the difference in price based on the original bra you purchased.

Please note: You’ll cover shipping costs for both the return and the new item, unless the item was faulty.
